Author M.H. SullivanThe author, M.H. Sullivan, has written and published four books:

Before moving to New Hampshire in 1977, the author spent most of the previous 20 years living overseas. As the daughter of a U.S. State Department diplomat, she lived in Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, and Ethiopia before returning to the U.S. to attend college.

After graduating from Boston University, Maureen worked in Washington, D.C. as a travel agent and then as a staff aide on Capitol Hill. After getting her Master’s degree from Simmons College Graduate Program in Management, Maureen worked as a technical writer in the software industry and later in the medical devices industry. She moved to NH in 1977, married in 1978, and has lived in NH ever since. She has two daughters and a granddaughter.

Maureen was the publisher of the Southern NH Children’s Directory and related publications from 1994 to 1999.  In 2008, she published her first novel, Travel Magic: Lost in Crawford Notch. A revised edition was released in 2023. In 2010, she published a memoir, The Sullivan Saga: Memories of an Overseas Childhood, which was rereleased in 2023 and again in 2024 when the audiobook version was released. A second novel, Jet Trails: Looking for Blue Skies, was published in 2015, and a revised edition was released in 2023.

Her most recent novel, Goodbye Woodstock: The Last Reunion, was released in September 2023.
